Are your programs accredited?

Currently, correspondent alternative education programs are protected as a right by the
United States Department of Education.  Therefore, correspondent schools do not need to be
accredited.  Your Norwood Park College degree is legal, and defended by education laws.
Typically it takes 5-10 years to reach accreditation status from one of the six major
accreditation bureaus.  To become accredited by one of the bureaus, schools have to pay
anywhere from $10-50 thousand dollars per program.  This is why tuition fees at traditional
colleges are expensive.  A Norwood Park College degree is a real college degree without the
expensive fees of a traditional college.
